On select Saturdays — July 12, August 9, September 13, and October 11 — we invite you to spend the day exploring all that Factory 52 has to offer. From 10 AM to 4 PM, our campus transforms into a vibrant market atmosphere featuring an exciting lineup of local artisans, handmade goods, vintage finds, and curated food vendors. Whether you're searching for something unique or just here for a good time, there's something for everyone.
But the experience doesn't stop there. Live music fills the air, games and activities keep things fun, and our tenants — from award-winning restaurants to craft breweries and curated retail — make Factory 52 the perfect backdrop for an all-day hang.
