Shakespeare in the Park at Braxton Factory 52

Cincinnati Shakespeare Company is bringing Shakespeare in the Park back to Factory 52 on Wednesday, August 19 at 7 PM with a free outdoor performance of Much Ado About Nothing.

Set in 1776, just as the war for America’s independence has been declared, this lively take on Shakespeare’s beloved comedy brings a different kind of battle to the stage: the battle of the sexes. Follow Beatrice and Benedick as their sharp wit, sparring words, and stubborn skepticism begin to reveal something far more tender.

With mistaken identities, overheard conversations and plenty of joyful chaos, Much Ado About Nothing is a fast-moving comedy made for a summer night outside. Bring a blanket, bring a friend, and enjoy an evening of free Shakespeare on the green at Braxton Factory 52.

Admission is free and open to the public. No tickets or RSVPs are required. All seating is general admission.
