We’ve got something worth singing about…🎤🍷

Another exciting addition is coming to Factory 52! Say hello to Sips Karaoke Bar + Lounge, planning to open its doors in January 2027.

Created by husband-and-wife duo Rieley and Taylor Armour, @sipsat52 is bringing a fresh take on nightlife to campus with six private karaoke pods for groups of 4–12, a comfortable lounge for gathering with friends, a wine-focused drink menu, and plenty of shareable bites.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a night out with friends, or just looking for an excuse to grab the microphone, Sips is bringing a whole new way to spend an evening at Factory 52.

As our first 21+ venue, we’re excited to add another entertainment experience to campus and can’t wait to welcome Sips to the neighborhood!

House of Cards Carnivale is here through this Sunday, October 11, with rides, games, food, drinks and plenty of reasons to grab your people and head to Factory 52.

The rides and games are running all week, and starting tomorrow, the event lineup kicks back into gear with even more happening across campus through the weekend.

🎪 Carnivale Hours:
• Weekdays: 5–10 PM
• Weekends: 2–10 PM

🛍️ Market Hours:
• Thursday: 4–7 PM
• Saturday: 11 AM–dusk

If you’ve been meaning to make it out, this is your sign. Take a spin under the lights, grab something to eat and catch Carnivale before it’s gone for the year.

Jeni’s just added two more delicious flavors to its Fall Collection, and they’re made for crisp days, sweaters, and something sweet!

Appalachian Acorn Pie brings together warm, nutty sweet cream and graham cracker crust, while Sweet Potato Marshmallow Brûlée combines sweet potato, nutmeg, cinnamon, marshmallow sweet cream, and cracked sugar candy.

Both are now scooping at Jeni’s at Factory 52 for a limited time. ✨

We’re excited to welcome Hotworx to the Factory 52 campus later this fall, bringing its 24-hour infrared fitness concept to Norwood.

The new 3,000-square-foot studio will feature 10 infrared sauna pods, an indoor/outdoor functional exercise zone and workouts ranging from 30-minute isometric sessions to 15-minute HIIT — all available around the clock.

From grabbing dinner and drinks to shopping, playing and now getting a workout in whenever it fits your schedule, Hotworx adds another way to make the most of your time at Factory 52!
