Tortilleria Garcia is coming to The Pickle Lodge with a new tacos-and-tequila concept created for players, neighbors, and anyone looking for another delicious reason to visit Factory 52. Led by founder Omar Garcia and his team, the restaurant will take over the facility’s dining space and become the only sit-down restaurant on the Factory 52 campus.
A New Flavor at The Pickle Lodge
With 11 pickleball courts, open play, leagues, clinics, lessons, and events, The Pickle Lodge has already created a place where new players and experienced competitors can get in the game. Membership is not required, making it easy to stop in for a match, sharpen your skills, or spend time with friends.
The arrival of Tortilleria Garcia adds an entirely new experience to the facility. Soon, guests will be able to follow a day on the courts with freshly prepared Mexican food and tequila without ever leaving Factory 52. It is a combination that feels right at home in a destination built around food, drinks, entertainment, and community.
Fresh Masa and Generations of Tradition
Tortilleria Garcia’s story begins on Omar Garcia’s family farm in Michoacán, Mexico, where his family grew corn. His mother, Dolores, and grandmother, Enriqueta, taught him the recipes and traditions that continue to shape the restaurant today.
Rather than relying on mass-produced tortillas, Tortilleria Garcia cooks and grinds corn to create fresh masa using time-honored methods. That foundation carries through its tortillas, meats, sides, and scratch-made dishes, giving every meal the fresh authentic flavor that has made the restaurant a Cincinnati favorite.
The Factory 52 restaurant will join Tortilleria Garcia’s existing locations in Springdale, College Hill, and Mason, bringing the family’s tradition to a new part of Greater Cincinnati.
